Yet, this tool has competitors that offer far better photo-editing and photo-shopping tools for the same price. If PT Photo Editor Free offered all of its tools for free, then it would be a world beating editor, but the truth is that there are other editing programs online that offer far more advanced tools than this program, and its competitors do it for the same price.
